Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Since our custom jewelry and high-end diamonds involve meticulous crafting and sourcing, we cannot process cancellations once the manufacturing or shipping process has begun.

To request a cancellation, please email info@dhruvamdiamond.com or call our customer service team immediately.

2. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy for standard retail pieces (non-customized/engraved) starting from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging, diamond certificates, and documentation.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom-designed rings or jewelry.
  • Engraved items.
  • Jewelry that has been worn, resized, or altered in any way.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

5. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
